Brandon-based musician Breanna Elaine has taken matters into her own hands after her close friend died of a drug overdose. She will soon release her new single “Where the snakes live” – ​​a tribute to her late friend – at an event raising money for Turning Point Center Rutland, a nonprofit drug rehab center.
