In order to convince countless Dave Ramsey followers of the alleged advantages of fast and uncomplicated lending, Mastercard has just released a new card with Dave Ramsey’s face on it.
“It’s part of our new Financial AllStars collection,” said Mastercard spokesperson Cash Fast. “We also have Rachel Cruze, George Kamel and – exclusive to our Canadian customers – Gail Vaz-Oxlade. We hope you collect them all.”
The new cards offer a competitive interest rate of 32%.
“We think this card is going to be very attractive to a lot of people,” Fast said. “At least to a lot of people here at Mastercard headquarters.”
It is not known whether Mastercard obtained approval before printing Ramsey’s face on the card, but rumors suggest the cards have a hidden feature.
“It self-destructs as soon as you put it in your pocket,” said one user. “I don’t understand. What’s the point of having a credit card that you can’t actually use?”
Early users have complained that the card does nothing but set their pants on fire.
