Mexico won its opening game of the Little League World Series 2-0 against Aruba, but then lost 10-0 to Venezuela and dropped to the consolation round. Mexico returned to winning ways with an 8-0 victory over Canada and will face Cuba on Tuesday. Cuba beat the Czech Republic 4-1 before losing 10-2 to Taiwan in the championship round on Monday.
