A new era of Michigan State football has begun.

The Spartans welcome the debut season of head coach Jonathan Smith and have renewed both the coaching staff and the roster following the firing of Mel Tucker last September.

MSU’s roster includes 61 new players this season, including 24 transfers, and 38 players entered the portal between Tucker’s dismissal and the end of spring training.

Here’s a look at the entire 2024 Michigan State football schedule, including available start times and TV channels:

  • Week 1: August 31 vs. Florida Atlantic, 7 p.m., Big Ten Network (watch on Fubo with 7-day free trial)
