Honey Festival Junior Tennis Tournament
The Mid-Ohio Valley Tennis Association will host the Honey Festival Junior Tournament on August 24 and 25 at the City Park tennis courts.
Registration is now open. Deadline is Tuesday, August 20. Participation costs $25 per player. The event is open to all UTSA players.
A Honey Festival tournament for under 10s will also be held on the same days. Participation costs $10 per player and is open to all UTSA and non-UTSA players.

Marietta High School Athletes Hall of Fame
The Marietta High School Athletic Hall of Fame induction ceremony will be held on Saturday, September 28, at the Lafayette Hotel.
Members of this class include Tom Baker (1960), Jerry Brock (coach), Shawna Daugherty (1995), Scott Strahler (1998), Bill Ross Jr. (1979) and the late William Whetsell (1963). The inductees will also be honored at the varsity football team’s home game on Friday, September 27.

Tickets for the event, which includes a dinner buffet, are $40 each. Table sponsorships, which include up to eight tickets, are also available for $300 each.
