Min Hee Jin drives development with a lecture at Hyundai Card’s Da Vinci Motel 2024

Ador CEO Min Hee-jin, who is suspected of covering up bullying and sexual harassment in the workplace, will appear on stage as planned for the “2024 Hyundai Card Da Vinci Motel” lecture.

On the 19th, Hyundai Card told Sports World: “There is no change in the invitation of CEO Min Hee-jin as the speaker for ‘2024 Hyundai Card Da Vinci Motel.'”

CEO Min is scheduled to appear on stage as a speaker on the first day of the “2024 Hyundai Card Da Vinci Motel,” which will be held at the Itaewon Hyundai Card area for three days from September 27 to 29. Since CEO Min previously attracted attention with her unconventional press conference, it was reported that she will hold a talk show on the topic of “Min Hee-jin’s freestyle, a producer who breaks the formula of K-pop.” Notably, unlike other speakers who are given about 50 minutes, CEO Min has attracted attention by being given 100 minutes.

However, CEO Min was recently implicated in allegations of covering up workplace bullying and sexual harassment at Ador. There were also opinions that it was inappropriate for Representative Min to appear as a lecturer since the allegations had not yet been cleared up.

Previously, former Ador employee B, who was involved in the incident, stated that Representative Min supported and ignored the perpetrator, General Manager A. In response, Representative Min released a long statement spanning 18 A4 pages, saying, “This is forced hair-splitting for dismissal.” Person B said, “The reason I am angry is that Representative Min did not maintain his neutrality and made false and distorted statements. All I want is a rectification of the lies and a public apology.” He also threatened legal action, saying, “I will meet you in court and at the labor office in the future. I expect you to punish me for false accusations as promised. If you know shame, I hope you will not appear as a lecturer in front of the public.”

In addition, Executive Director A, known as “Rep. Min’s right-hand man” and the perpetrator of the incident, said in an exclusive interview with Sports World: “I did not sexually harass anyone. The response to Mr. B was that the report of sexual harassment at the time turned out to be false and they eventually reconciled. He never admitted any wrongdoing. He said, ‘The victim is not Mr. B, but me’ and ‘I am not Rep. Min’s right-hand man,’ thus creating a new situation.
