Any hopes of a possible reconciliation between Mustard and Drake were dashed by the producer, who stated that he had no intention of collaborating musically with the rap star.
In an interview published by The Los Angeles Times Last Wednesday (August 21), Mustard was asked if he would ever consider collaborating with Drake again, given the apparent falling out between the two in light of his production of Kendrick Lamar’s Drake diss “Not Like Us.”
According to Mustard, he has no interest in collaborating with Drake, who was featured on YG’s 2014 single “Who Do You Love?”, which Mustard produced. “I don’t think I want to do a song with the guy,” he told the newspaper, describing the Canadian hitmaker as a “weird guy.”

Amid reports of preliminary sales in the first week of The Faith of a Mustard SeedThe board member took to social media to lash out at Drake, mockingly comparing the rapper to Malcolm X and content creator DJ Akademiks.
“Drake is the Malcolm x of (white) people (tears of joy emoji) and (DJ Akademiks). Make sure to post @GordoSZN the first week because Drake thought he accomplished something by dropping him the same day as me (tears of joy emoji),” Mustard wrote in his post.
Mustard The Faith of a Mustard Seed The album was released in late July and was the producer’s fourth studio album and first in more than five years.
The project features a star-studded tracklist, including appearances from Kirk Franklin, Lil Yachty, BlueBucksClan, 42 Dugg, Vince Staples, Schoolboy Q, Quavo, Rob49, Travis Scott, Ty Dolla Sign, Charlie Wilson, Masego, Blxst, A Boogie wit da Hoodie, Roddy Ricch, Future, Ella Mai, Kodak Black, Young Thug and Lil Durk.
