My favorite dividend tracking app just got better – Contrarian Outlook

Over the last two Wednesdays, we have discussed 10 current stocks and funds with high returns. Talk may be cheap, but these income streams are generous.

Let’s talk about dividend details, using data from Income calendarthe dividend tracker app we developed in-house here at Contrarian Outlook.

First, the projected income of these 10 payers. A $10,000 position in each of them gives us an income stream of $5,065.22 over the next 12 months. An average return of 5.07%.

(That’s more than four times what the S&P 500 pays, by the way. Four times.)

Since launching, we have continuously improved IC based on feedback from income investors like you. We know that the less time you spend on minutiae like forecasting dividends down to the penny, the more time you have to research income investing (or read the reports of your hard-working chief investment strategist!).

(Or with your kids and grandkids. Or drinking a beer and watching sports. Hey, we’re not judging, we’re just trying to save you time!)

Do you know how many dividends you received in August? Or how many in September? If not, no problem – with this new monthly calendar view you’ll be on the safe side. Income calendar now has every single payment visible through positionfrom day:

Maybe we all need an electronic version of this to hang on our walls? If that isn’t the ultimate power play, entertaining friends who think they’re “investing” – ha!

And thanks to new integrations, it has never been easier to share your dividend data in IC for analysis. We connect most brokers with IC through Plaid, a service that securely connects to your brokerage account and imports all your tickers and stock levels – so you don’t have to type anything at all.

When people asked me to test the new integration, I was blown away by how easy it was. I had connected my Charles Schwab account to Income calendar with just a few clicks.

It was really easy to import the tickers and stocks of my current holdings into IC. This tool can also be set up in no time.

Fidelity is no longer an outsider either. IC is now synced with Fidelity via the secure third-party gateway Snaptrade.

And to save time, we looked everywhere for dividend forecasting tools. Why reinvent the wheel? But… no wheel! None of them were relevant to you or us.

And that includes AI!

So we did the natural “software developer” thing. We built our own income tracking tool here at Contrarian Outlook. just the way we want it!

Since launch, we have continually improved the product based on feedback from income investors like you. Here are 7 new features we recently introduced. Please read them carefully, as one (or more!) of these features may make your life easier. a lot Easier.
