Noodles & Company introduces loyalty program and app

Surprise noodles? Who would say no to that? Noodles & Company introduced its new NoodlesREWARDS program on Wednesday to say “thank you” to its loyal customers and encourage them to bring new customers to the chain.

The rewards program offers unique offers and information specifically tailored to surprise and delight the recipient. There is a sign-up bonus of $3 off any order, valid for two weeks after joining the program, as well as rewards for referring friends. As the NoodlesREWARDS app learns the customer’s preferences, it presents them with personalized surprise offers.

Noodles & Company serves classic noodle and pasta dishes from a variety of cultures: Italy, Thailand, Korea, Japan, Central America, and the Midwest, to name a few. The restaurant relies on a few simple ingredients, including fresh vegetables prepared on demand throughout the day, free-range eggs, organic milk and tofu, and organically raised pork.

Customers who participate in the rewards program can scan their app at checkout, open their NoodlesREWARDS app and later scan a receipt, or enter a receipt code online to add points to their loyalty account. Orders placed through the app automatically add points to the account.

“Over the last year, we have spent a lot of time evaluating and testing different rewards models to develop a best-in-class program that appeals to all of our guests,” says Jonathan Tress, Vice President of Marketing at Noodles & Company. “The result of these efforts is NoodlesREWARDS, created solely to better connect with our guests and reward them for their continued loyalty and love of all things Noodles.”
