Gahanna ranks first on the list for the second year in a row

Gahanna, Ohio, a suburb of Columbus, is the most popular place in the country for homebuyers for the second year in a row.

During the first half of this year, the average home price in Gahanna was 11% below the metropolitan area average and 19.4% below the national median.
