Gahanna ranks first on the list for the second year in a row
Gahanna, Ohio, a suburb of Columbus, is the most popular place in the country for homebuyers for the second year in a row.
During the first half of this year, the average home price in Gahanna was 11% below the metropolitan area average and 19.4% below the national median.
Gahanna offers a great lifestyle and quality of life at a fraction of the cost of other major cities. Not only does Gahanna have affordable homes, but it is also just a few miles from Ohio’s largest city, Columbus. In addition, multinational companies such as Intel, Honda, Google, Amazon and other major corporations have begun building multi-billion dollar projects in the state that could create thousands of new, well-paying jobs.

According to the Realtor.com study, the most valuable homes are found in the Midwest and Northeast of the USA. These homes tend to be larger, are located near metropolitan areas and are priced at or below the median compared to the rest of the USA.
