Ohio State Football knows that not winning the Big Ten title is a failure

The Ohio State Buckeyes are considered favorites to make the Big Ten Championship Game and the College Football Playoff National Championship Game. Ohio State is ranked No. 2 behind the Georgia Bulldogs in both major preseason polls. If you asked most Big Ten football analysts, they’d probably tell you that Ohio State and Oregon will meet in the Big Ten title game in Indianapolis in December. We at Trojans Wire will spend the 2024 season working with our College Wire colleagues at the sites whose teams are moving up to the Big Ten along with USC: Ducks Wire, UW Huskies Wire and UCLA Wire. Our Big Ten Football Roundtable predicts the records for all 18 Big Ten football teams. We start with Ohio State, a team with a strong defense, elite depth and a lot of pressure on head coach Ryan Day to beat Michigan and win a Big Ten championship. Will the Buckeyes do well in the new and expanded Big Ten or will they struggle? Let’s get to our panel for preseason Big Ten football predictions:
