It’s always fun to see walk-ons fight their way to a full scholarship, and a name most Ohio State football fans will remember from the spring game just earned his scholarship. David Adolph is a third-year wide receiver at local Jerome High School in Dublin, Ohio, and after being a walk-on for his first two seasons, he will now enter the 2024 season on a scholarship.

I know the spring game is just a tweaked practice, but we’ve seen Adolph still look extremely good and have great size at 6’5″. It’s unlikely he’ll get much playing time, but we’ve seen walk-ons make an impact in the past.
