US-based payment processing platform Payroc has announced the launch of card payments in Canada through an integration with Moneris Solutions.
To expand its reach in North America, Payroc launched card payments in Canada, allowing partners to use the company as a single provider of US and Canadian payment solutions. The current move helps Payroc advance its commitment to deliver its solutions in the Canadian market and further expand its presence. By integrating with Moneris Go point-of-sale (POS) devices, a payment terminal line designed to support transactions for independent software vendors (ISVs) and small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), Payroc aims to expand the reach and capabilities of its channel partners.
As of the announcement, partners will be able to use Payroc as their sole payment solutions provider in the U.S. and Canada through the launch of Moneris Go. By working with Moneris, Payroc can offer a complete solution for processing card payments and help partners simplify operations and optimize supplier relationships.
How will Moneris support Payroc’s operations?
In addition, Payroc will provide two advanced smart terminals: Moneris Go (PAX A920) and Moneris Go Plus (Ingenico AXIUM DX8000). Each terminal is also equipped with touchscreen technology, long battery life, increased security standards, Wi-Fi connectivity and cellular connectivity. By integrating Payroc Cloud with Moneris Go, the two companies are focusing on offering flexible partnership options tailored to customers’ specific needs. ISVs seeking semi-integrated payment solutions can leverage Moneris Go devices in Canada while collaborating with Payroc’s payment platform in the US. Additionally, channel partners can deliver Moneris Go as a standalone product to their merchant base, working to optimize their product portfolios in the Canadian market.
