I hate to ask you this, but I want you to think back to 2020.

This is a year that many of us don’t like to remember, but it did provide us with some gaming treats.

The Last of Us Part II, Final Fantasy VII New edition, Cyberpunk2077Fall Guys, Spider-Man: Miles Morales, Astro’s Playroom, Animal Crossing: New Horizons, Ghost of TsushimaAnd resident Evil 3 are just some of the titles that kept us busy during the endless lockdown times.

You may also remember Rain risk 2 started.

Developed by Hopoo Games and Gearbox Software, Rain risk 2 is a roguelite third-person shooter in which players control a survivor stranded on an alien planet.

It is the sequel to 2013, you guessed it, Risk of rain and although it may not have achieved the same success as some of the titles mentioned above, Rain risk 2 is nevertheless a very respectable, well-made sequel.

Don’t just take my word for it. The game has a score of 85 on Metacritic and a 96% rating on Steam.

Four years later, a new PlayStation 5 version of the game is now available and those who already own it Rain risk 2 on PlayStation 4 you can get it for free.
