POTTSTOWN – Representatives from Kids in Need Foundation and Tri County Toyota visited Lincoln Elementary School on Wednesday to distribute free backpacks filled with school supplies.
The “Big Summer Giveback” program, run by the foundation and Toyota and in which 620 dealers nationwide are participating, is taking place for the third time this year.

Over the past three years, the partnership has provided $3.75 million worth of materials, supporting 140,000 students.
This year, another 60,000 students, including those from Lincoln, will receive new backpacks full of school supplies.
Nearly 50 Toyota dealers have committed to donating $10,000 each to support underfunded schools.
