Harrison Ford’s former estate in a very expensive area of Los Angeles is currently for sale and the buyer could actually get a very good deal on the luxury property.
Ford, who currently stars as Jacob Dutton in the Yellowstone prehistory 1923 – paid $1 million for the 6,064 square-foot, 6-bedroom, 7-bathroom property in 1983.
Ford worked as a carpenter before his success and is said to have designed and installed some of the ornate woodwork in the residence as part of an extensive renovation.
The actor sold the home to Kevin Reilly, former chief content officer of HBO Max, in 2012 for $8.2 million. Reilly then sold it to Snapchat CEO Evan Spiegel in 2016 for $12 million, and Spiegel put the property up for sale in March 2024, asking $19,950,000.

The remarkable property failed to find a buyer at that price, and Speigel reduced his asking price to $17.75 million in July. That price equates to $2,478 per square foot and a monthly rate of $115,484.
