DALLAS, August 19, 2024–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Prodapt, a leading provider of consulting, engineering and transformation services to the telecommunications and technology industries, today announced its Americas Innovation Center (AIC) in Dallas, Texas. The center builds on Prodapt’s onshore service delivery capabilities and is designed to help customers deeply integrate AI capabilities, particularly GenAI, into their IT, network and business operations to improve organizational efficiency and customer experience.
Located at Prodapt’s new facility in Richardson, Texas, in the Dallas metropolitan area, the AIC will feature a customer experience artificial intelligence lab to accelerate the development of next-generation digital products and experiences from conception to launch.
Prodapt will expand its team of experts in data analytics, cloud computing and advanced AI technologies for the innovation center. Equipped with an executive briefing facility, the AIC will deepen Prodapt’s engagement with the AI and digital-native startup ecosystem, leading technology institutes and research firms in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and foster strategic partnerships.
