Netflix has released the following official synopsis for season 4: “After the dramatic events of Camille and Gabriel’s failed wedding, Emily is left devastated: she has strong feelings for two men, but now Gabriel is expecting a baby with his ex, and Alfie’s worst fears about her and Gabriel have been confirmed. The chemistry between Emily and Gabriel is undeniable as they work together towards a Michelin star, but two big secrets threaten to ruin everything they’ve dreamed of.”

Collins showed viewers a video during Netflix’s TUDUM fan event over the summer where she talked a little about what people can expect, especially “answers” to all of the big cliffhangers from season three. Will Emily and Gabriel finally get together? Is Alfie still heartbroken? Will Gabriel get his Michelin star? Will Mindy and the band go to Eurovision?

“It’s safe to say we ended last season on a dramatic note, and surprise! It’s not over yet,” she said in the video, adding, “What I can say is that we have more fun, more fashion, and of course, more drama in store for all of you. Emily must decide if everything she’s ever wanted is really what she needs, and while Emily’s heart will always remain true to Paris, her life takes some unexpected turns this season. Don’t be surprised if you find her on a Roman vacation.”

In interviews after the end of the third season, Star made some hints that he would like to explore further in the next season, such as the relationship between Camille and Sofia. There is also a lot of uncertainty between Mindy and Nicolas (Paul Forman). How does she feel about Benoit (Kevin Dias)?

“Nicolas is a very smart character, but I think he’s also a tricky guy,” said the creator TV program“I think he embodies a little bit of the Mindy that she once was and that she’s very comfortable with. Benoit embodies more of her artistic soul and I think it’s a real battle. Both sides of her are competing for priority.”

Star also explained that season 4 will be even more about navigating complicated personal and professional relationships than it has been so far. The season 3 finale kind of brought everything crashing down for Alfie, Gabirel, Camille and Emily, who all work together in some capacity, live in the same area and are intertwined in each other’s lives in more ways than one.

As the show has evolved from one point of view (Emily’s) to an ensemble, the showrunner said Shine He expects that the audience will learn even more about Sylvie and the other characters than before. “From the beginning, she is a character who does not want to be known,” he explained to the magazine about the marketing manager. “You see the stories from different angles. I think now that we see the world a little bit from Sylvie’s point of view, we will learn more about Sylvie.”

Although Star isn’t sure how long he wants the show to run, he has a few different ideas about how it could end, but he’s not tied to a specific possible ending storyline.

“As the show evolves, your idea of where the characters are going changes,” he said. “When you introduce new characters, they develop their own dynamic. The characters take on a life of their own as they take you in an unexpected direction. So I don’t like having fixed ideas of where it has to end because I feel like the characters, like in life, will take you in different directions.”
