Report: Ohio State five-star Na’eem Offord to head to Oregon for Buckeyes game

The Oregon Ducks are likely looking to sign a player from Ohio State when the Buckeyes come to town on October 12th.

Five-star cornerback Na’eem Offord — who verbally committed to the Buckeyes in February — will visit Oregon for the Ducks’ game against Ohio State, according to On3’s Chad Simmons. Offord last visited the Ducks on June 14 and the Buckeyes on June 21.

Offord, who hails from AH Parker High School in Birmingham, Alabama, is the No. 2 cornerback and No. 6 overall player in the class of 2025, according to 247Sports.

Oregon currently has 15 players committed to its 11th-ranked class of 2025, while the Buckeyes have the first-ranked overall class and 24 total commitments.

Oregon’s list of new recruits includes five-star safety Trey McNutt (Ohio), five-star wide receivers Dakorien Moore (Texas) and Dallas Wilson (Texas), four-star wide receiver Cooper Perry (Arizona), four-star running backs Dierre Hill (Illinois) and Jordon Davison (California), four-star quarterback Akili Smith Jr. (California), four-star offensive linemen Ziyare Addison (Florida) and Alai Kalaniuvalu (Nevada), four-star linebacker Nasir Wyatt (California), four-star edge rusher Matthew Johnson (California), four-star cornerbacks Brandon Finney (Maryland) and Dorian Brew (Texas), three-star offensive tackle Demetri Manning (Washington) and kicker/punter Rocco Graziano from Sheldon High School.
