RUTH Langsford has shown off a daring new hairstyle following her split from husband Eamonn Holmes.

Many commented that she looked “unrecognisable” after opting for a more modern hairstyle following the news that Eamonn has a new girlfriend 12 years younger than him.
When his new girlfriend Katie Alexander was spotted wearing what looked like an engagement ring, the TV presenter was reportedly “embarrassed” and “in tears”.
To put all the drama behind her, she visited the salon to add extensions to her signature curls before making her debut. new look via her Instagram.
In the video, you can see the 61-year-old on the chair while the extensions are added to her. hair before it is styled into modern waves.
She captioned the video: “Time for extensions again! @leobancroft salon. Decided to leave them a little longer this time (lots of you told me to do that last time!)”
She continued: “I’m not good at this ‘bendy waves’ thing so I’m not sure if I’ll leave them that long but I’ll give it a try! Thanks @leobancroft, nice to meet you again.”
Some of her over one million followers were quick to comment on her youthful appearance.
One said: “You look beautiful and it makes you look younger,” while another commented: “Stunning Ruth! You look radiant and younger.”
The lively TV presenter updated her followers again yesterday and posted another picture Instagram Stories from her hair in waves after styling it herself.
In the photo, she smiles at the camera, her hair looking effortlessly styled, and she added the comment: “Look @leobancroft… I did a wave perm!!!”
Wearing a plain top, she seems to have put the pressure of the breakup aside in this photo at home.
The once successful couple, who have a 22-year-old son Jack, shocked their fans and the entertainment industry after filing for divorce after 14 years together.
They married on 26 June 2010 at Elvetham in Hampshire and announced their separation in May that year after Ruth found messages between Eamonn and another woman.
It is claimed that despite moving on so quickly with his younger girlfriend, who is a relationship counsellor, after meeting her on Twitter in 2015, Eamonn was “blindsided” after News their separation fell through.
According to sources, he was not aware that Ruth would announce the end of their relationship so publicly.
And while the details of their divorce are the subject of daily debate, Ruth was photographed wearing her wedding ring while he enjoyed her beauty pageant at the salon.
