The 2024 high school football season has begun. Week 1 begins across the state on Thursday, but the first games in Central Ohio will be on Friday.
Highlights include: Stephen Ayers’ first game as Beechcroft coach; three-time defending Division I champion Lakewood St. Edward visiting Pickerington North; powerful Division V team Harvest Prep taking on Pickerington Central; and the rivalries between Olentangy Liberty and Olentangy and Westerville North and Westerville Central.
