play

Students in Lebanon County can now sign up for a Lebanon Student Transit student pass, which allows them to board any Lebanon Transit bus at any time and pay the discounted fare of $1 per ride.

The student pass is open to local students enrolled in K-12 schools, accredited colleges and universities, and vocational schools. The pass is free to apply for, but requires an application. Students must also present a valid 2024-2025 school or student ID, a signed letter from the school, or last year’s pass or student ID.

Once students have their card, they can present it to the driver on any Lebanon Transit fixed-route bus and pay the discounted fare of $1. Lebanon Transit is an exact change company, meaning students must pay exactly $1, drivers cannot give change.

Students can use their card to ride the bus for any purpose. For information on fixed routes, such as routes and schedules, visit lebanontransit.org/routes/.

For more information about the student pass and to download the application, visit lebanontransit.org/fares/students/.

The application can also be completed at Lebanon Transit’s main office at 200 Willow Street. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Applications can also be picked up at the transfer center on the corner of 7th and Willow Streets.

The completed application and the certificate of enrollment must be brought with you to the registration office or to the registration event.
