Surprise! Drake releases 100 GB of content

By now, the world should expect the unexpected when it comes to 2024, but when it comes to hip-hop, nothing is predictable. Overnight, Drake sent music fans into a frenzy after he released a website titled “100GIGSFORYOURHEADTOP” that contained 100 gigabytes of content, including new songs, instrumentals, and behind-the-scenes video footage. ATL rappers 21 Savage and Young Thug are featured on a song titled “It’s Up,” and there’s also a feature with Latto called “Housekeeping Knows,” produced by Gordo.

The singles received mixed reviews with a user writes on X, “Kendrick said, ‘You run to Atlanta if you need to check your bank balance’ and Drake releases three songs with Atlanta artists on 😂 read the room man,” while another user said“Bruhhhh, the amount of punches and slaps Drake has in store, man 😭😭.”

Highlights of the site include throwback clips of rappers Future and Drake in the desert driving dune buggies, Steph Curry stopping by to play ping pong, and his son Adonis as a baby at a rehearsal. One controversial video includes Drake and Rihanna on stage Rehearsals for her song “Take Care”, which some users found inappropriate, given her current relationship with her boyfriend and Baby Daddy A$AP RockyIn further recordings, Drake is in the studio listening to “Take Care” with his sound engineer and his mother as he tells her The song is actually about Serena Williams, to which his mother replies: “I noticed.”

This is the first time Team Drizzy has received music from Drake since the dispute with Kendrick Lamar and the explosion of “Not Like Us”. Now hip-hop fans are waiting to see if Drake will release a full project soon. At the moment
