With over $140,000 raised by more than 450 backers from 50 countries, the campaign has already received significant global support.

The global mental health crisis is acute, with millions struggling with increasing anxiety, depression and isolation. Meditation has become a key tool in the growing mental wellbeing movement, offering a powerful way to build resilience. The Joy of Living app offers a proven, easy-to-use meditation approach based on the teachings of Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche from his best-selling book.
