The Shining Gyarados is the most expensive card in Neo Revelation and by far the most iconic Gyarados artwork of all time, as the poor fisherman’s fear is clearly visible.
This card rarely appears ungraded in near mint condition, so the TCG market price is little more than an estimate based on an LP sells for about $700, although $850 seems to be a pretty accurate number.
