Pidgeot-Ex is making waves in the Scarlet & Violet era and has one of the most beautiful and valuable cards in Obsidian Flames.
While Obsidian Flames is probably one of the weakest sets of the entire Scarlet & Violet era in terms of value, the Pidgeot-Ex deck is no slouch in the competitive scene and is considered one of the best in recent memory.
Although the Pidgeot ex is still very young, it has already seen some price fluctuations, fluctuating between $8 and $12 in near mint (NM) condition. This Pidgeot is one of the most iconic cards from its set and has the potential to increase in value.

Holon Phantoms is an incredibly valuable set with a strong selection of Delta-type Pokémon.
Unfortunately, the price of this card is declining, slipping from the $16 mark and barely staying in the double digits. You can find lightly played (LP), moderately played (MP), and heavily played (HP) copies for a few dollars cheaper, but it is Not worth the discount if you like cards in good condition.

This card could win an award for best mood – what other card shows a warm, relaxing holiday and a shimmering sky full of Pidgeot, Mew, and other Pokémon? If there is one, it would be hard to top this card’s flawless composition, as the Bright pastel colors stand out against the perfect blue and white sky.
Southern Islands promo cards never disappoint with their warm, vibrant scenes and this card has seen a lot of love in NM condition. It continues to climb into the double digits, from $11 to $13 before settling at its current price. Even LP And MP Copies can still command eight or nine dollars.
3 Pidgeot: Base Set 2 (Holo Rare) – $21.69

This Pidgeot artwork is considered to be the most iconic depiction of Pidgeot in the Pokémon Trading Card Game, as it will also be included in another upcoming set.
Despite its name, the
Base Set 2 is the third edition of the Base Set,
with the first edition and the Unlimited prints before it. Thus, Base Set 2 is a reprint of the Base and Jungle sets.

This Pidgeot unfortunately reflects an ongoing downward trend that has affected many vintage cards. Pidgeot has dropped from $28 to around $21 and is barely holding onto the 20s while its price is falling. You can get a copy of this card for only six dollars in HP condition.
2 Pidgeot: Expedition (Holo Rare) – $57.30
A red-hot rendering
This Pidgeot isn’t quite as badass to be one of the most expensive cards in Expedition, but it definitely has a strong shot at claiming second place among all Pidgeot cards. While the pose is similar to the Pidgeot from Holon Phantoms, this card is much redder and has a background that sets the tone for this card.
Unfortunately, despite its rarity, the value of this Pidgeot has dropped recently. It will crash from the $90 mark and fall to the $50 range in 2023. NM copies still fetch between $50 and $60, but you’ll get a small discount in the $40 range if you settle for LP.

Pidgeot returns to its wild side with this fantastic card from Jungle, securing the top spot as the most expensive Pidgeot card in the Pokémon Trading Card Game.
This card has the same design as the Pidgeot from Base Set 2, but this
First edition
is far rarer and more valuable, although its value depends greatly on its condition.
It is very difficult to find a first edition in NM condition, so you can expect to pay around $80 for it. However, if you’re willing to forego condition, you can save a lot of money: MP and HP copies hover around the $20 mark, while LP copies can reach into the $45 region, which is still a significant discount over NM.
