The newly cast character in Netflix’s Stranger Things Season 5 was spotted on set with Mike and Will.
Recently, set photos confirmed that Evil Dead – Rise of the Dead Actress Nell Fisher appeared Strange Things Season 5, apparently a recast of Holly Wheeler, the younger sister of Mike and Nancy Wheeler.
The same images show a fascinating scene where she interacts with a very human-looking Jamie Campbell Bower. To make it even more interesting, they were set in front of the old Creel house.

Nell Fisher accompanies Mike and Will in season 5 of Stranger Things
New set photos from Stranger Things Season 5 featured newcomer Nell Fisher, who presumably plays the newly cast role of Holly Wheeler, alongside Mike Wheeler (Finn Wolfhard) and Will Byers (Noah Schnapp).
The trio seems to be just hanging out while riding their bikes through downtown Hawkins.
Instagram user @wolfmanfanacc078 posted another photo of Nell Fisher in her bright outfit next to Mike and Will.
The final image shows Nell Fisher next to her likely stunt double. It is unlikely that they are present during the intense scenes (as these would have been captured on video).
Rather, the double is probably only there to take over cycling when necessary.
What happens in the new scene of Stranger Things season 5?
As for what’s happening in the new set photos, the scene being photographed will likely take place early in Season 5.
Since episode 2 of the final season is called “The Disappearance of ***** Wheeler,” many fans suspect that the asterisks are covering up Holly’s name. Unfortunately, this suggests that she won’t have much time for casual hookups.
So this particular scene could take place early in the new episodes and establish her relationship with Mike and Will while also serving to introduce Nell Fisher herself to the audience.
Apart from Mike and Will, not much of note seems to happen in the scene.
However, the company she finds herself in is certainly better than sitting across from Vecna in person – a future that Holly is in the midst of a collision wave facing.
Stranger Things is currently streaming on Netflix, while season 5 is expected to release sometime in 2025. A more specific time frame is expected to be announced soon.
