Everyone thought they were finished with The Witcher 3but it’s not over for us yet.

CD Projekt Red’s popular title has returned with a new DLC that is now available to download absolutely free.

The Sorcerer 3 is eight years old, but can still surprise us.

For players starting a new playthrough, there are still new secrets to discover that we had no idea existed.

However, if you think you’ve explored every inch of the map, there’s another way to get your Witcher fix.

Balatro is one of the most unforgettable experiences of 2024, not least because it blew us away with its “chaotically brilliant” rogue-like take on poker.

Dan Lipscombe of GAMINGbible spoke of how “extraordinarily engaging” the game was and ultimately gave it eight out of ten points for its outstanding quality.

We believed that our time with Balatro was finished, which was a bitter pill to swallow.

But similar to The Witcher 3there are more stories to tell.

On August 27, fans were surprised by the announcement that a Balatro And Witcher 3 Collaboration is now available to all players who want to participate in Gwent (in some way).

Balatro’s creator, known as LocalThunk, made the big reveal following his presentation at the recent Nintendo Direct and Indie World Showcase.

“I’ve had to keep this a secret for SO LONG,” they posted on Twitter, “but I’m so excited to announce some collaborations with other great games!”

For the fans, this is the “best news of the entire Direct”.

Not only returning players are excited, but even those who have only heard about the game through reviews and/or friends are keen to play it.

“It worked, because now I buy Balatro although I have no idea how to play it and no general interest in card games. Keep it up!” Shawn Matthews also commented on Twitter.

The surprising but fantastically brilliant Balatro x The Witcher 3 is available now, don’t forget it. And as mentioned, it doesn’t cost anything to play.
