Great fortune 100 anchor tenants signed
Ameren Missouri enables provision of multi-megawatt power capacity
St. Louis:, 13 August 2024 /PRNewswire/ — TierPoint, a leading provider of secure, connected IT platform solutions for digital transformation initiatives, today announced the acquisition of a downtown building St. Louis that through an investment of up to 150 million US dollarsA major Fortune 100 company has already signed as an anchor tenant.
The acquired building at 2300 Locust Street in St. Louis, Missourihas a total of 135,800 square feet. Over the next year, the first phase of investment will add 22,600 square feet of manufacturing space for the data center, creating up to 80 construction jobs and nine permanent jobs at the facility. The first phase of the investment plan also provides for 5 megawatts (MW) of grid power, including 3 MW of critical load. Subsequent phases of the investment plan will add additional space in the building, expanding the facility to 20 MW of grid power (13 MW of critical load) over time and creating additional construction and permanent jobs.
