Buffalo Bills excited about first preseason game against Chicago Bears
Buffalo Bills head coach Sean McDermott is looking forward to his team’s first preseason game against the Bears.
That the Buffalo Bills will open their preseason training on Saturday afternoon when they host the Chicago Bears at 1 p.m.
Earlier this week, it looked like fans would not get a chance to see the NFL debut of Bears rookie quarterback Caleb Williams, the No. 1 overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft. But that has changed and Williams – who did not play in last week’s Hall of Fame Game against Houston – will play against the Bills.
Josh Allen will also start for the Bills, although his playing time on the field could be short.
