Transport Call Center available on Tuesday, August 20, 2024

The Cabot School District is once again setting up a call center to provide immediate assistance to parents with transportation questions.

The Transportation Call Center is now available Tuesday, August 20th at 3:00 p.m. The telephone number for parents is 501-743-3531. District staff are available to answer questions about busing a child.

The Cabot School District Transportation Authority oversees nearly 100 school bus routes and transports 5,300 students daily. The call center will help reduce the large volume of calls received each afternoon on the first days of school.

Parents, please remember that there may be delays during the first week of school due to traffic. Afternoon buses may also be delayed as students learn the routines and routes.

REGISTER FOR BUS TEXT ALERTS
Remember, you can also sign up for SMS alerts to always stay updated on your student’s bus. Below are the sign-up instructions and the PIN codes for each bus. You must sign up to receive these SMS alerts. (FYI: If you signed up for SMS alerts last year, you’ll need to do so again this year!)
