OK, I’m officially all in with Darrell Doucette. If you can be that delusional, I want you to lead me into battle 10 times out of 10. Sure, people who are that delusional (I’m making the Spider-Man meme pointing at myself right now) are usually wrong and it will be an embarrassing moment that blows up in your face, but I love it when people have irrational confidence. And you know what – let me back that up a little. One person with irrational confidence will explode. But a whole team of them? Then you’ve got gold. Barstool was BUILT from a bunch of normal people, mostly fat IQ idiots who collectively made us a media juggernaut. So who’s to say it’s not the same with the U.S. flag football team? Who knows, maybe Darrell Doucette (5’7″) is a better quarterback than Patrick Mahomes. I mean… they also said the USA wouldn’t beat the Russians in 1980.
So I’ll say the obvious: NFL team versus current flag football team. Doucette versus Mahomes. Prime time. Let’s see what Darrell Doucette can do. We know what Mahomes can do, but now is Doucette’s time to shine.
The limit, if DK even reaches it? I don’t know the quarter yards or all that nonsense, but give me… NFL -88.5, Doucette u4.5 completions, Tyreek o339.5 receiving yards.
