McDonald’s characters Boo Buckets, Funny Fry Friends and Grimace are just some of the elements and images featured on McDonald’s collectible cups.
“We’re bringing back some of our most beloved keepsakes with a special twist, giving fans a memory they can hold in their hands,” McDonald’s spokesman Morgan Flatley said in a press release. “These new collectible cups commemorate some of our most memorable designs and global collaborations over the years, allowing longtime fans to relive precious moments and help a new generation create their own lasting memories.”
The six cups in the series are Barbie and Hot Wheels, Beanie Babies, Coca-Cola, Hello Kitty and Peanuts, Shrek, Jurassic Park and Minions.
The sixth cup features a selection of McDonald’s characters.
How to get McDonald’s cups
The McDonald’s collectible cups will only be available on Tuesday, August 13th.
“The Collector’s Meal is available all day long, so you can expand your collection whenever you feel like it,” McDonald’s press release states. “Each meal includes one cup and the choice of a Sausage McMuffin with egg sandwich, hash brown and hot coffee during breakfast hours, or the choice of 10 Chicken McNuggets or a Big Mac sandwich with our world-famous fries and a soft drink for the rest of the day.”
