Zelda fans are in for a treat later this year, as a new leisurely exploration game promises to Breath of the wild.

The release is planned for the third quarter of 2024. Nightstones is an open-world exploration game set on a cozy island where magical stones transform the environment from day to night with just a touch.

You awaken in Mythica and soon you will have paths to travel, wilderness areas to explore, and Breath of the Wild Fashion, gliders that allow you to explore the skies.

With puzzle-based combat, locals to befriend, items to craft, and magic to master, this cozy title will keep you entertained for many hours when it releases later this year.

Developed by Advance Nine, Nightstones You must try to find your way home after waking up in this dream world.

Although it looks like a management simulation at first glance, Nightstones offers an emotional story, diverse characters and everything takes place on a hand-crafted island full of tasks to complete.

“Soar from the mountain peaks in your glider. Brave the storms in your boat. Find buried treasures in the underworld,” says the official synopsis.

After customizing your character, you can dive right into the island of Mythica and make friends with the locals. However, since not everyone will be immediately likeable, you may have to complete a few tasks for them first.

Combat is not a normal hack-and-slash, as you will have to rely more on your wits than your strength.

Use the environment to your advantage as you solve puzzles and defeat enemies along the way.

Doing so will reward you with useful items such as a glider, a powerful stick, and an elemental staff.

Nightstones can now be tried out for free thanks to a limited-time Steam demo.
